'Interactive Wall'

The installation ‘Interactive Wall’ was made in the ‘Watertoren’ in Vlissingen. On both sides of the table one person can take place. The two persons are being separated by a wall of priva-lite glass. The glass is diffuse but becomes transparent and then a first accidental meeting of three seconds takes place between the two visitors. Then the glass diffuses again.The meeting, which was being registered by two cameras, will be seen in slow motion on the wall. Words which express a certain state of mind are being shown as subtitles. In this work I want to record the dynamics of a first meeting of two persons.

Installation. A first confrontation of 3 seconds is being intensified in slow motion pictures.
Beneath the projected moving portraits appears (at random) the expression of a state of mind
